Lincoln Flickers 2013 Flats Championships

The twice-postponed inaugural Lincoln Flickers flats championships finally took place at The Morning Star pub, Lincoln on Saturday 23rd February 2013 with a mixture of “professionals”, “amateurs” and “novices”. There were eight players in all, and the draw was conducted completely freely, without seedings, meaning that, as chance would have it, the two strongest flats players in the competition found themselves in the same half of the draw and ended up facing one another in a semi final.
